Each night of training consists of 60 minutes on field training and 60 minutes of performance training (speed & agility, acceleration, body weight training exercises) and is led by Coach Sal, Coach Vin, Coach Brandon and Head Performance Trainer Coach Matt Smith.
This is the program that all U14-U18 players should attend this summer if they are looking to improve their on field performance.
These sessions are also attended by current and former Division 1, 2, 3 college athletes as well as current professional athletes.
Players will be grouped according to age and/or ability.
