July 18th – Aug. 10th Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00-7:00pm

Session Description

Session is highly recommended for all players entering U13 and above.

Performance Training (Explosive movement, Speed & Agility, and Strength training) run by Head Performance Trainer Coach Matt Smith.  On field training sessions run by Coach Sal and Achilles FC staff.  This session is geared towards developing physical and mental toughness along with improving our technique.
